North Tonawanda, N.Y.- One of Niagara USA's most popular and event filled festivals, Canal Fest, kicks off its eight-day run Sunday.

Held along the historic Erie Canal in North Tonawanda, Canal Fest is one of the regions most anticipated collection of music, food, activities and events. Starting Sunday, the eight-day annual festival will attract more than 250,000 visitors to Niagara USA's Canal region. The festival feature events such as a medieval style battle, free concerts, a diaper derby and firework displays.
