Niagara Falls, N.Y.- Taste the season with Wegman's and the Niagara Holiday Market, as Top Chef Season seven winner Kevin Sbraga and Cooking Channel star Roger Mooking bring their culinary....

As the holidays inch closer, it is time to celebrate the great dishes and wishes of cooking and baking this celebration season – at the Niagara Holiday Market’s Taste of the Season weekend, sponsored by Wegman’s, on Friday, December 16 to Sunday,December 18 in the heart of Niagara Falls, NY USA.

The three day event will feature cooking demonstrations, tastings/pairings,celebrity chef appearances and delicious events, as a part of the Holiday Market’s wildly-successful run in the Cataract City. The events are all free and will be held atConference Center Niagara Falls on Old Falls Street, just west of the Seneca Niagara Casino. The event will run from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, with beer, wine and

On Saturday at 1:00 pm, Top Chef Season 7 Winner Kevin Sbraga will offer an exciting exhibition. A Philadelphia-area native, Kevin is a
Johnson & Wales culinary graduate and is preparing to open his own restaurant.

On Sunday at 2:00 pm, Canadian superstar chef Roger Mooking will highlight the exhibition kitchen. Roger is the host and co-creator of
“Everyday Exotic” on the Cooking Channel and Canada’s Food Network.
