"Vow Sweet It Is" will offer Western New Yorkers, and visitors to Niagara Falls, the opportunity to come celebrate their love with family and friends in a non-denominational group vow renewal ceremony on Sweetest Day, October 15th, 2016 at 4pm on the Park Block of Old Falls Street, USA.
To add local "flavor" to the event, each registered couple will receive a 4" wedding cake to share with their partner, as well as a complimentary sparkling cider toast following the ceremony. The dessert and toasting reception will follow the ceremony immediately.
Local area restaurants and hotels will be offering "Sweetest Day" dining and overnight packages for attendees to take advantage of following the ceremony.
There will be prize packages awarded in various categories, such as couple married the longest, with the most children, etc..
In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held at an alternate location in the downtown area (More information to come).
Pre-registration is $25 (until October 14th) and will give couples access to the ceremony, as well as the Dessert & Toasting reception, a personalized certificate, signifying the renewal of marriage vows, for all couples who pre-register, flower decorations, personal photograph keepsake, and much more!
The event is also open to couples who wish to be married on that day as well! Those being married are responsible for obtaining their own marriage license from the City of Niagara Falls Clerk's office prior to the event. To obtain the marriage license application, visit the CIty of Niagara Falls Clerk Office: 745 Main Street, Niagara Falls NY 14302. A license is not necessary for the renewal of vows.
