Hard Rock Cafe in Niagara Falls USA is serving up new dishes, all prepared locally, and getting ready to rock on Old Falls Street
Hard Rock International is debuting several new palate pleasing menu options, and Niagara Falls USA is enhancing the dining experience of patrons by offering guests a concert of flavors.
Guests of Hard Rock Cafe Niagara Falls USA can always enjoy fresh, high-quality items from Hard Rock's made-from-scratch offerings. From seasonal salads to smokehouse sandwiches, there is something to please everyone's taste buds.
The new menu items include a Cajun Shrimp & Poached Pear Salad, with a pear dressing that is made on site; a light and refreshing Goat Cheese Chicken Salad Sandwich; Shock Top Battered Fish & Chips, Shang Hi Smokehouse Sandwich, South Carolina Smokehouse Sandwich, The Texan Smokehouse Sandwich, Smokehouse Chop Salad, a honey citrus flavor blended with roasted garlic, give this meal a savory smokey flavor. End the meal with a Mojito Yogurt with Seasonal Fresh Fruit, and ask your server to pour a shot of rum over the top for an added kick.
"We are known for our burgers, but our new menu really showcases a variety of offerings," said Dominic Verni, general manager, Hard Rock Cafe - Niagara Falls, USA. "So far, the reviews have been phenomenal."
This family friendly atmosphere is complete with a VIBE host who is in charge of the visual and entertainment environment of the dining room. Don't be surprised if someone asks your table for a favorite song or artist selection, and your ears will soon hear the tunes of a your personal favorite. Listening to Madonna with her infamous bustier in the background or a top 10 U2 song with Bono's glasses peering on, create a one-of-a-kind experience.
